We place great importance on ensuring that our candidates recruited from abroad, and we ourselves, receive consistent and high-quality services.

These are:

• Recruitment and presentation of suitable skilled workers (qualifications eligible for recognition, language learning ability, prospects of remaining in Germany, at least German B2 level) via a video interview

• Transfer of all contracts and other documents, generally in digital form, but in original form via DHL if required by the authorities; explanation in the native language if necessary.

• Language qualification in the home country up to German B2 level at the agency's expense; the exam must be taken no later than immediately before departure; if failed, further training and exam in the home country

• A deficit notice must be available or already applied for

• Guidance and support with the visa application, possibly taking family reunification into account.
