Recruitment for companies with a shortage of trainees/skilled workers

My aim is to support companies in their recruitment, especially in times of skills shortages. If you are looking for junior staff and qualified employees, we will be happy to help you. We also provide targeted support to companies wishing to recruit foreign employees:

 

  • conducting a job interview to verify their skills and experience

  • pre-selecting suitable candidates and

  • Pre-approval from the employment agency and the immigration authority in accordance with §81a

  • Pre-boarding - but we are also the point of contact for employers and employees in the further course of the collaboration

 

We prefer to place candidates with contacts (family/friends) close to the workplace.

We also provide targeted support to companies wishing to hire foreign employees to ensure that they meet all necessary legal requirements.

 

When it comes to foreign trainees and skilled workers, we pay particular attention to:

 

  • High language level (B2/C1)

  • For trainees, internships are required for professional experience and for skilled workers, at least 2 years of professional experience.

  • Translated and certified documents.

  • Recognition of school qualifications for trainees and a deficiency certificate for skilled workers or the existing recognition of their profession.

  • Common vaccinations.

  • Police clearance certificates.
