Who am I and what sets me apart?
After working as a staff recruiter for over 25 years, I became self-employed two years ago and place both specialists and trainees in nursing and health professions (as well as related tasks).
Thanks to my many years of experience, I am just as familiar with the unpleasant sides of recruiting as I am with reputable, high-quality recruiters and their approach, which has inspired me in how I deal with those involved.
My network has been completed during this time, so that I have good contacts in both the school and practice areas of the nursing and health industry. My goal is to provide excellent quality, reputable and fair placement with all-round service for both employers and applicants.
Through our Facebook group with more than 65,000 members worldwide, we usually have enough candidates who are both in their home countries and in Germany, as well as applicants who want to change employers - with or without existing recognition.
We take care of the pre-selection of suitable candidates, the recognition of the documents, the scheduling/implementation of the video calls, the clarification of the training or employment contract, the personnel questionnaire, the pre-approval, the application for the visa, an airport pick-up, and any necessary preparation for the German Culture, regional characteristics. We provide support and advice/interface between candidates, schools, companies and authorities.
What wishes and requirements do employers have for skilled workers and trainees?
Employers have the right not to have to invest any additional time (other than the finish). This includes:

Language skills: We ONLY place applicants with at least a B2 language level certified by a recognized institution. We will check this with further individual video calls.

Apartment: We make sure that we look for a job for foreign applicants that is close to work and offers connections to friends and relatives. There are also particular advantages in the provision of apartments by the employer.

Recognition/Documents: We organize all the necessary documents for the applicants. For the applicants, we take care of the entire process from obtaining documents, approvals and documents to the visa application in collaboration with my recruiter network.

Other necessary documents: Visa/health insurance membership/bank account: With our team, we organize the important applications for these necessary steps.

PRE-Boarding: We take care of the preparation for the local conditions, lifestyle and operational circumstances. An airport pickup can be organized upon request.

My offer is increasingly developing into being able to introduce my customers to a completely finished employee - whether trainee or specialist. No matter whether he comes from Europe, Africa, Asia or South America.
