I'm Katja Klocke – founder of KKC – with over 27 years of experience in human resources: from traditional recruitment to educational support and personnel leasing. My specialty: the placement of skilled workers and trainees in the healthcare sector.
My professional career has taken me through a variety of positions in the human resources industry:
As a headhunter, with educational institutions, as a key account manager in temporary employment, and as a personnel planner responsible for over 40 employees in the healthcare and social services sector, I'm familiar with the entire spectrum: from short-term scheduling to long-term placement and targeted personnel development.
Healthcare is my focus – and for good reason:
I trained at a university hospital myself and worked in administration there for years. I know how hospitals, clinics, and nursing facilities are organized, how their support structures function—and, above all, what kind of staff they really need and what qualifications these staff must possess. This knowledge flows into every placement.
I see the person – not just the CV.
