Katja Klocke Coaching (KKC) works with various target groups in the field of international recruitment within the healthcare sector. Separate terms and conditions apply to each target group, which are set out in the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Please review the applicable GTC before entering into a contract or using our services.

 

📘 Terms and Conditions for Applicants for Apprenticeships (Trainees)

 

These terms and conditions apply to individuals applying through KKC for general nursing training or a one-year nursing assistant training program in Germany. The terms govern, among other things, the application process, support services provided by KKC, obligations to cooperate, and the contractual terms for additional services subject to a fee.

📗 Terms and Conditions for Professionals

 

These terms and conditions apply to qualified nurses, operating room technicians (ORTs), anesthesia technicians (ATs), medical radiology technicians (MRTAs), and physicians who wish to take up a position in Germany through KKC. The regulations cover the application and recognition process, any service packages, and the handling of preliminary approvals and interactions with authorities.

📙 Terms and Conditions for cooperation partners (e.g. language schools, educational institutions and other cooperation partners)

 

These terms and conditions govern the cooperation between KKC and partners such as language schools, placement agencies, or educational institutions. They cover joint application processes, communication responsibilities, quality assurance, and the use of shared systems (e.g., applicant access).

These terms and conditions apply to employers who enter into a placement agreement with KKC for the recruitment of international specialists or trainees. The terms govern, among other things, the booking of placement modules, payment terms, cancellation policies, and the rights and obligations of both parties within the framework of recruitment.
